About The Happy Teapot

Hi, I’m Netti and I am delighted to introduce myself as the Owner of The Happy Teapot an Afternoon Tearoom in Worthing.

Born in Lancing, I have always been a local girl with aspirations to own my own business. Following the loss of my mother and a chance conversation with the last owner at The Happy Teapot, I decided it was time to push myself and achieve something I had always wanted and this is the result!

Some that know me well may say that I will enjoy the social side of owning a Tea Room in worthing and that I will revel in meeting new people, as well as enjoying time with visiting friends and family! I tend to think they are right!

I am keen to make The Happy Teapot a friendly place for people to visit whether it be for a social meeting or work, a quick cuppa or a delicious afternoon tea! I intend to provide great quality food, with plenty of choice for those with allergies or dietary requirements.

When we reopened in April 2022, I added my own touch which made it look a little different, but I hope that the charm of the venue will shine through and you will all enjoy a visit at a later date or even just pop in to say Hi!
